Hi all, sorry for abandoning this blog for so long. Really dun have the motivation to update le. Haha... Since now I have a reason to update, I shall.
I juz came back from FSV Chalet & BBQ 2009. This yr's chalet was not as happening as our last gathering. We did not have as much interaction as before and we did not have as much fun either. I really miss the first fsv chalet I attended. The times when everyone was still frens and buddies and we really were a big group instead of the breaks now we have. Haha.. Looking at the photos and videos in the past, it was really some good memories. Playing truth or dare, wrestling, having fun like crazy. Not to forget night cycling! Us splitting into 2 big groups to juz cycle like no law on the roads in midnight. Damn good exercise.. Haha...
Now, this chalet. We lost almost all the fun. Dx brought his xbox (thank you!) and everyone ended up playing it. No mahjong time, no cycling, no truth or dare. It was juz xbox all the way. There are the advantages and disadvantages though. Advantage being that we saved up the money for the rental of bicycles. Disadvantage is the because we were so occupied with the xbox, we did not make time for other things. But even though that, a BIG THANK YOU to dexian and his xbox! Because of us, his drum set suffered too much damage. Really appreciate it. Thx!
Another reason that made me so sian was because of my tooth. I'm growing my wisdom tooth and it was hurting alot while I was at the chalet. Crazy kinda pain. Like can't even open mouth to eat, yawn, chew, cough, laugh or even talk louder. Really really bad.
All in all, this chalet was not as fun but we still spent quality time together! I think my favourite was the swimming part. It was tiring but really fun. Let's plan this again some time! :D
