Today I went to xq's shoot in the morning. Coz a bit lazy so didn't go sch. Xq's shoot was at Liang court, very near my hse, so i popped by. Haven even reached location then met xq and got cheated into buying lunch with her. Haha.. no la, i offered to coz since she on the way out le. In the end, having no idea where to buy food from, we walked all the way to manhatten house, which is quite near chinatown le. Xq's shoot is like full of obstacles. They are foreva having problems with the location. Tot that they can finally use meidiya then they suddenly stop them from using coz they preparing for hokkaido fair. Damn sad. In the end they had to stop halfway and leave today.
It is sometimes quite sad y ppl are not supporting the media industry. Dun they realize that no matter how big their business is, media plays a part in making it better? I'm thinkin, if Singapore as a whole dun play a part and support us in terms of these small things like location and such, how are we gg to venture anywhere outside of mediacorp? Not to say the mediacorp still seriously has room for improvement. I really wish that Singapore could have more portals for media creativity and etc. Not have everything confined to within mediacorp. It is really sad when other production houses are working on a project and the general public juz assumes it is a mediacorp project. It juz sad that other smaller production companies are not acknowledged and recognized.
After xq's shoot, I met up with hm and peili to eat dinner. Then my sis joined us. Wanted to eat rajah inn but it was closed. Dunno y.. Very disappointing though.. So in the end, we had dinner at beppu ramen. Basically, we ate ramen. They have various ramen that is hot and they will offer u the degrees of hotness. So I had this seafood and beef ramen in 3 degrees of hot. they have 2, 3, 5, etc. But I did not have the courage to try hotter ones la. Haha.. After dinner, we cut and ate up the cake that they bought for me. Hee.. Thx! They also paid for my dinner.. >_< !!! So pai seh.. thx... :P
The day ended with us talking then we left and went home to rest... thx gals! :D It was a fun night! :D
