Singapore, Art Hub???

So much for trying to make Singapore an "Art Hub"!

Last Sat night, I went to attend a supposedly artistic, civilized event. However, I was very disappointed by the result.
As we all know, Singapore has been trying very hard to make Singapore an Art Hub, However, is that possible? I say NOT...

I'm not sure how you think but Art, to me, is somehow linked with people that has style, people who are somehow more civilized. But, it seems not to me. Singapore's art scene may need more effort than what they are doing now.

During the course of the entire event that day, there were like stupid comments made, murmuring, as well as some idiots pushing. My dad got really mad and scolded the guy. LOL. But that guy was really rude. We were standing on the steps and he tried to push his way through. It's really dangerous because you never know when someone will fall from the impact and a domino effect will take place. Come on la, there were old people and kids there! Imagine the injuries that he, one person, is going to cause.

In the end, we did not have a good time so we decided to leave. I so wanted to watch the entire performance but it was ruined by the audience. What a waste.

This reminds me of something. When Singaporeans openly say that China people are rude, uncivilized, spoils image, did they look at it from another point? Like looking at themselves??? I tot Singapore compared to China is maybe A LITTLE better only. We should do more self-reflection. Seriously...

Come to think of it, I feel that my secondary school is a lil like the mini Singapore. I have my reasons for saying that.. Haha..
